Time to kick off our first real summer on Montana. Though snow is still on the ground, we’re assured that someday soon, broccoli will start poking through the dirt, tomatoes will hang from the vine, and brown boxes overflowing with too many leafy greens will begin arriving at our farm box pick-up site. This year we’re trying Two Bear Farm. Stay tuned for freezer and jar friendly recipes for each month of the growing season.
